One of the ones I've called want to fool around with the my mower radiator

That shit is disposable now, unfortunately.

When I was a mechanic in the early 90s we very seldom replaced radiators. We had a great local shop that could fix anything except the plastic tanks that were just starting to come on the scene back then. Nowadays when the shit goes bad you get on Ebay and get a new one. It's a damned shame.

Huh, Pruitt Radiator closed.

The e-bay Chinese ones are ok. I put one on my chevelle and it has a small leak near the end tank. I am just going to go with a nicer unit this time.

The mower blew out the gasket on the top end tank. No one in town wants to fuck with it.
