haha I took it to a dealer in Boston for oil service, they charged me fucking $280 for oil and tire rotation. I bitched, got a free service. Took that free one at 13,000 miles, now I'm due for another and I went on amazon . Motorcraft oil filter is $14, 13qts of oil is $45-50. So $65 to do it yourself. Oil filter on the 6.7s is on the bottom, no longer a top canister filter like the 6.0s.

Fuel filters were like $51 for Motorcraft as well (both frame filter and top filter).

I just hit 20,000 miles last week, been modded since like 4500 miles? Dealer didn't say anything during oil change/inspection about the mods. I had a blown fuse due to not unplugging a chassis sensor, Woody Anderson fixed it and showed me what fuse, said it was due to mods. Said unless its a blow motor or something major they probably will work with you. They seemed like car people (dumb ones but car people) lol

I don't really mind the two tone on F250's. Not my preference though. But they look god awful on F150's.

I like the motorcraft oil in my 7.3. Pretty sure that's what my dad is using in his 2015

Motorcraft oil is fine.... really as long as it is a 15W-40 CJ4 oil that meets the specs you're fine. I ran Rotella T in my F250 and run it in my Cummins now.

As for the filters definitely stick with motorcraft. There's not much cost savings with anything else and some fuel filters do not have the water separator mesh over the filter nor do they sit properly in the filter housings.

yea I don't give two craps the brand of oil, Shell Rotella CJ4 stuff is like $15 for a gallon. Didn't even price Motorcraft oil.

We have a 2011 KR. Its the best driving/hauling vehicle I have ever used. 30k on it so far and not one single issue. Synthetic oil every 5k or so and a fuel filter every 20k.

Also the best looking truck on the road right now IMO. Love the maroon.
