Re: WTB - Gbody 8.5 rearend

Dunno the width but I bet it similar to the 2wd S10s with the 8.5” rear (2wd 54.5” WMS and 4wd 59” WMS) (ZR2 basically Guarantees 8.5” rear is like 63” WMS) lots of those around in yards . It’s a uncommon setup though in non ZR2 trucks and doesn’t have complete rhyme or reason like most say with 4.3...

17 gallons. Square, with a sloped backside. Pump is toward the front in the middle. Google 1972 chevelle fuel tank. I get now why higher psi is attractive. Its for the people on OEM injectors that have added a lot of power. Not a fully true statement....higher pressures can be used as the base or a...

So the ctsv pump is internally regulated to some psi? Hiw does that get set and then vary with boost? I would love to ditch my return line and regulator Yes the CTS-V sending unit/pump drops off after like 70 or 80 psi due to the internal regulator. Your rail pressure is set trough the Vaporworx co...

The little 3/8” feed line is enough to support 1500+hp. More psi = more flow to a point

No return and no external regulator just like modern OEM

I have a custom twin in tank pump Rick fuel tank that hasn’t been used but I like the way it looks and fits. One in tank is the OEM CTS-V and the other is the twin walbro 450 using the ricks tanks billet hangar using Vaporworx returnless pwm controller. CTS-V pump uses it own factory Venturi b...

Lab grade and billions are not things I can afford. What I can do is redneck stuff and figure about just as much though. Anywho to stay on topic the current consensus seems to be cold coolant, warm oil and block, and cold cold intake air. In relation to HP and ET. Disregarding fuel or chamber design...
